HOLIDAY RETURNS - All orders placed between November 1st and December 25th can be returned up to January 25th, 2025.

For general returns you do not need an authorization.  Simply send your order back to the below address with the carrier of your choice. Please include the original paperwork or reference the order ID inside the box.   We do not offer free return shipping, so please take that into consideration before placing your order.  Once your return is received you will receive a refund notification within 48 hours.

Guidelines:

All goods must be returned in brand new condition, in original packaging and with all factory tags attached.  If you are returning shoes they must be shipped back in a shipping box and not with labels applied to the manufacturer's shoe box.

We do not accept returns on sale merchandise.  Any sale item that is sent back will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the order date.

For any product not received, a claim needs to be filed by emailing us within 30 days of the delivery date.
