Return Policy



Shipping
We only ship within the US and offer free shipping on orders over $100.  Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories do not qualify for free shipping due to the higher cost.  Free shipping also excludes special launch product, such as footwear with a release date and other limited production merchandise.   For any product not received, a claim needs to be filed by emailing us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Is all the merchandise "in stock"
Yes, all of our merchandise is 100% in our hands and ready to ship.  We do not take backorders or drop ship merchandise from our vendors.  If we have an inventory discrepancy with your order you will be refunded immediately.
Is the merchandise authentic?
Yes, everything we carry is 100% authentic.  We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.  This means that all of our merchandise comes directly from our vendors and not from any third parties.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us asap.  If the order is already in the shipping process it can not be cancelled.
